Back of Bourke
BACK OF BOURKE 8th to 12th Oct 20169and again 19th to 21st March 2020 – Exclusive to New Age offroad Caravan owners
1st Night – Set up on Wallam Creek, home of a large colony of koalas. 2nd and 3rd Night – We are on the Darling River at the Back of Bourke power sites, very remote and beautiful. Bring fishing rods and a tinny, exploring aboriginal arts in the nearby mountains, all this via Cunnamulla. 4th Night – Head off to Nindigully, oldest QLD pub in it’s original condition, camp on the Monie River, good fishing and lots of yabbies. 5th heading home

Explore Springsure, Anakie Gemfields, Winton Longreach, Richmond via Hughenden (Dinosaur area), Boulia and Min Min Encounter, Boulia to Old Cork…..camp on the river (good fishing), Old Cork, Lake Quarry (Dinosaur area), Muttaburra (Dinosaur area), Longreach Quilpie (Opal area), Yowah (Opal mine), Nindigully….camp on the river.

Come join Stan and Robyne and they will arrange all permits & fees. Book early only 8 vehicles on this camping trip. This one of Australia’s BEST camping destinations from rainforests to the beach. Spend 5 nights beach front camping, fishing, worming. Soft sand driving. Low range driving. They visit: Lake McKenzie, Lake Wabby and lunch at King Fisher Bay Resort. They also visit The Lighthouse on the most northern tip of Fraser Island.
