Terms & Conditions: You will only be entitled to receive the Cool Summer Pack from New Age Caravans if you comply with all of the terms and conditions contained in this document.
The Cool Summer Sale only applies to the purchase of a New Age Caravans new stock model rom Gold Coast Dealership between the 15th of November 2018 and the 15th of December 2018 inclusive. “Purchase” means the signing of a contract and receipt by the dealership where you bought the New Age caravan (Dealership) of the deposit amount agreed between You and the Dealership at the time of Purchase.
This offer applies to new stock caravans only, offer excludes second hand models or new caravan orders. The sale is not valid with any purchase of a Wayfinder camper. New Age Caravans reserves the right to cease or extended the Cool Summer Sale offer at any time without notice. All purchases made prior to the change will be honoured.
You will not be entitled to the Cool Summer Sale Pack until:
1.1. the full purchase price of the caravan has been received by the Dealership;
1.2. You have collected the caravan by no later than 31st December 2018 (if collection does not occur by 31st December 2018, Your entitlement to the Cool Summer Sale Pack will lapse); and
1.3. You have obtained recreational vehicle registration of the caravan.
2.You are not entitled to the Cool Summer Sale Pack if you are an employee or officer of New Age Caravans or you are an immediate family member of such a person.
3.The Cool Summer Sale Pack is not transferable to any person. Only You are entitled to the Cool Summer Sale Pack if all the terms and conditions of this giveaway offer have been satisfied.
4.The Cool Summer Sale Pack cannot be applied as a reduction to the purchase price of the caravan.
At the time of Purchase, the Dealership will include the Cool Summer Sale Pack as an addition to your contract. The Cool Summer Sale Pack will be provided with your caravan at the time of delivery
IMPORTANT: If You do not provide all of the information requested in the form referred to above by the date that is within 1 month after the collection of Your caravan (which must have been registered to enable collection), the Cool Summer Sale Pack offer will be deemed as lapsed and You will not be entitled to any giveaways.
Any dispute in relation to these terms and conditions will be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland.
You acknowledge and agree that You have understood and accept these terms and conditions and that they form the sole and entire agreement between You and New Age Caravans Gold coast with respect to the Cool Summer Sale offer and no warranties, representations, guarantees or other terms or conditions of any nature not contained in these terms and conditions will be of any force or effect.
